The best way to fake your IP address is to use a software program called Hide My Ip.  I use it all the time to fake my ip address. I have tried MULTIPLE programs including IP Changer and nothing stands up to the performance and effectiveness of this program. I wish I had found it years ago. It works awesome If you aren’t a fan of Hide My IP I would suggest Hide My Ass as the best alternate solution.
